The parent or guardian authorizes Kiddies Talent to display the child’s approved profile image, stage name or nickname, category, biography, and related promotional content across the website, social media channels, and campaign materials connected to the competition.
This authorization is limited to the promotion, management, and public presentation of the competition and does not transfer ownership of the child’s identity or original materials beyond those purposes.
Kiddies Talent is committed to presenting children in a respectful, age-appropriate, and safe manner. Parents and guardians must ensure that submitted content is suitable for a children’s platform and does not contain harmful, abusive, or misleading material.
The platform reserves the right to reject, suspend, or remove any contestant profile or content that raises safety, conduct, or authenticity concerns.
Registration and voting payments made through approved payment channels are processed to support participation and verified vote recording on the platform.
Parents and guardians acknowledge that completed payments tied to valid registration or successfully verified votes may be non-refundable except where applicable law or an express platform decision requires otherwise.
Parent and child information collected during registration is used to operate the competition, verify participation, process payments, manage contestant pages, and communicate important updates.
Sensitive family information is handled with care and is not intended for public display except for the limited contestant-facing details necessary for the competition profile.
Kiddies Talent will take reasonable steps to maintain the platform and its voting experience, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability at all times due to internet, payment, or third-party service issues.
The platform is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate information submitted by users, interruptions beyond reasonable control, or misuse of shared contestant links by third parties.
By continuing with registration, the parent or guardian confirms that they have read this consent agreement, understand the competition terms, and agree to the child’s participation under these conditions.
If a parent or guardian does not agree with these terms, they should not complete registration or payment on behalf of the child.
